Removal of the wreck 'Shelly'

It is to advise that works for the removal of the wreck of M.V 'SHELLY' are in progress as of 1st of July 2009. The area of the wreck of M.V ‘SHELLY’ is marked as follows:
SOUTH BUOY 32° 50.9’N 35° 00.1’E
WEST BOUY 32° 50.9’N 35° 00.1’E
NORTH BOUY 32° 50.9’N 35° 00.1’E
EAST BOUY 32° 50.9’N 35° 00.0’E
Barge ‘SHIMSHON’ will be engaged during works and display the following lights and shapes:
three all round lights in vertical line, one above the other, red - white – red; three shapes in vertical line, black sphere - diamond – black sphere; anchor light where it can best be seen. During night, the barge will be illuminated by working lights. Work will be conducted from sunrise to sunset with the possibility to work at night. Mariners are advised to adhere to the following guidelines: during the wreck removal it is prohibited to drop anchor in anchoring area which is enclosed by the following coordinates:
32° 51.4’N 34° 59.0’E
32° 50.5’N 34° 59.0’E
32° 50.6’N 35° 00.6’E
32° 50.4’N 35° 00.4’E
When divers are engaged in under-water operations, the anchorage in the anchoring B1, B3, B5, B6, as shown on the attached plan and enclosed by the following coordinates is prohibited
32° 52,60’N 34° 59,80’E
32° 51,98’N 34° 59,80’E
32° 51,10’N 34° 00,60’E
32° 51,54’N 35° 00,65’E
32° 51,80’N 34° 59,95’E
In and out port traffic during night to be as usual unless instructed otherwise by harbor master. All vessels shall maintain a safe distance from the working area in accordance with port control and/or pilots instructions.
