World Cruising Yacht Club has opened its entry list for a host of 2010 events
World Cruising Club, the cruising rally specialists best known for the popular transatlantic sailing event the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC), has now opened its entry lists for a host of 2010 events including ARC Europe, Rally Portugal and the ARC.
ARC Europe - start date 06/05/2010. This transatlantic event for will be started simultaneously in Tortola, BVI and St Augustine, Florida; then the fleet will aggregate in Bermuda and will cross the Atlantic to Azores and Portugal.
Rally Portugal 2010 – start date 30/05/2010. The fleet will start in Plymouth, will pass the bay of Biscay and will finish in Lagos, Portugal
ARC 2010 – start date 21/11/2010. The world’s most popular transoceanic cruising event celebrates its silver jubilee next year. The ARC, which was first established in 1986, covers 2700 nautical miles from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to Saint Lucia in the Caribbean.
